So Much For Stereotypes...

So it's not the house that attracts the women, it's the railroad in the basement. Good to know. I wonder if that blonde has a sister.

HO Should Work

With slight modifications, I think a flatcar in HO should work well enough to bring you a beer. Just put some blocks on the car, and lay the beer on its side. As long as it doesn't have to go through any tunnels, it's just another oversized load.

Hilarious!

Alas....if only it were true. You could substitute the subject with Star Wars fan, or comic book collector, or a trekkie, or any other hobby associated with the "Nerd" factor.

Sorry guys but as model railroad hobbyists, we definitely fall into the "nerd herd" crowd

Nerd?

Nerd?

Well I always tell my boss "I'm about as normal as a programmer gets". Since I enjoy trains too, I guess I qualify.as a nerd. I will admit a preference for the term eccentric. Great bit of humor

Classic!

Great video Rick!

After watching, it occurred to me that the video looks like it could have been produced by "Horace Fithers" or one of his associates...???

It's not often I see much integrity in advertising anymore so it's refreshing to see the life of a model train enthusiast so realistically portrayed.

Thanks for the morning "uplift".  All Aboard!!
