Problem with Subscriber Bonus Downloads MRH product support

After battling along for years with a steam powered (dial-up) modem downloading everything in the lowest possible resolution because of my slow internet connection.I finally upgraded to a greased lightning (broadband) connection.  Since then I have been downloading all MRH videos and bonus downloads in the highest possible resolution available (preferably HD).  This has only emphasised how bad the low resolution videos I had previously downloaded are compared to the HD ones.

Now that MRH have kindly made the bonus downloads available to all registered members (THANKS GUYS) I have been going back and downloading the old bonus downloads in DVD or HD quality.

I have run into a problem though.  If I click on the bonus downloads link in Issue 7 of MRH the webpage that opens allows me to download all the bonus downloads from the previous issues.  If I do this in Issue 8 onwards I get told that the downloads have expired.

If I click on the current bonus downloads link on the MRH website it allows me to download the bonus downloads of all issues since May 2011 (Issue 15) but not for the missing issues 8 to 14.  This means that I am still stuck with the low resolution videos I had previously downloaded when those issues came out. 

 

Would it be possible to make the HD bonus downloads for issues 8 to 14 available as well?

The short answer is yes

Yes, the ultimate plan is to move all back issue bonus downloads to the subscriber only section so they are forever available.

Old Bonus Downloads

Hi Guys,

Any update on when the bonus downloads prior to Issue 13 will be available to subscribers?

I would really like to download the HD versions.

As if you don't have enough to do already...

Another suggestion for the downloads... Pre-pend the filename with the year-month the same way you do the magazine? Would make sorting everything a bit easier, as I like to keep the videos files and the PDF magazine files together in the same folder.

Issue 8 to 12

Any chance that the Issue 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 HD downloads will be available soon?

Missing Bonus Downloads

Now that MRH Gen 2 is sorted out could we please have the missing downloads for Issues 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 added to the Bonus downloads page?
