Paw Of A Bear

Recently got a very nice email that I wanted to share with y'all after making sure it was okay with Mr. O'Donnel. Then I got sidetracked...plus I'm not so good at blowing my own horn. But this was a really nice email.

To Everyone at Paw of a Bear,

Approximately a month ago I completed your Consolidated, Federated, International Shipping kit and have decided to send you one image of the completed structure...as well as some comments. My version, of your kit, is built as G. Van de Vyver's Feed & Seed (named after a buddy of mine in flight school...lives in Belgium).

You have produced one of the best designed craftsman kits this modeler has ever completed. The 'jig' for assembling is genius and is unique from any kit I have assembled thus far. The kit went together well - with just the right amount of 'problem solving' and care.

While I realize you are a small enterprise; I have to implore you to provide more kits. Thank you for providing a month's worth of enjoyment. I definitely got my money's worth with your product.

Sincerely,
Ray O'Donnell

Mr. O'Donnell included a photo of his build which I will share here. He added some nice details: the chimney, oil tank on stand, and his own signs.

If you are interested in building your own version of the kit, you can find it here http://www.pawofabear.com/HO_Scale_Kits/HO_Consolidated_Shipping.html $39.99.

Cheers,

Thanks, Michael

Nice to hear that modelers are enjoying a good craftsman structure kit.

These kits could be one of the hobby's great undiscovered pleasures ... so check 'em out! We have a number of great kit makers among our advertisers.
