Vids play for me...

They play for me in Windows 7 (64 bit). they do seem to start slowly but I had no hesitation.

I'm not having any problems

I'm not having any problems opening the PDF, just playing an embedded video is the problem.

The standard downloaded mag version is OK.

OS is Windows 7 64 bit.

What happens when you try to play the embedded video?

This dialog message is what

This dialog message is what comes up.

"Warning JavaScript Window" < < heading

"Acrobat has encountered a problem while trying to play this media clip." < < message

This happens with any embedded video clip.

I'll try "Foxit" and see how it goes.

It could be a Java problem because I've had problems where Java updates have failed & I've not done anything about it.

Cheers

Make sure you have the latest quicktime installed

These videos need a recent version of Quicktime installed. Google download Quicktime and install the latest and greatest. That should solve your problem.
