I have seen...

I have seen many similar buildings where the neighboring one was torn down at some point. This would be a great model technique for someone to develop. Possibly cut out a section to represent the remains of the other building and shim it for the relief.

Crooked

Probably erected on a windy day using a small bob on a long line...

Broken Brick

I did something similar with my O scale pump house. The building was extended using cement block and I wanted to show where the old wall had been 'whacked' ..

It looks like some sort of Chimney was removed.

It looks like there was something originally in the place where the newer red brick now is located that was cut out and removed and the red brick put in to fill the hole and strengthen the wall.
