I've been watching on and off tonight (12/8 9:52pm Central time) without a problem.

TMTV is fine, videos are playing fine and we're getting no support requests that the site is down.

So, we need to know some more to help you troubleshoot.

First, did videos play for you before and now they don't? Or is this your first attempt at playing videos?

Second, what kind of device is this? Windows PC, Mac, Apple TV, Roku, Tablet, Smartphone? You using a browser or an app (Roku, Apple TV, Tablet, Phone)?

Next, have you tried a different browser or power cycling your device and your network router? Can you visit TMTV with a phone on LTE and play videos (in other words, get off your network).?

Let us know more details and we will be better able to help you troubleshoot the problem.
