Loc Pilot will not reset.(cv8 to 8) Did try on the program track and on the main.

Trying to set up ditch lights on a Scale Trains unit.

Factory installed or did you install it?

More details, please. Is this LokPilot factory installed or did you install it? Does the unit have stay alive? Next step is to take the decoder itself out and put it into a unit that does not have stay alive, or put it onto a decoder tester unit and try resetting it there.

I installed it. I don't think there is a stay alive. Just a $99 Operator model.

Just seems to me the ESU's are difficult to use. I have contacted SoundTraxx for a solution. That is the route I am going to pursue.
