To all existing subscribers who submitted a request to get this price on their next renewal, don't worry, you got the deal! We have a mountain of requests but our policy is if you contact us during a sale, you get the sale price no matter how long it takes us to actually process it.

If you're already a subscriber

If you're already a subscriber, you can't manually take advantage of this special rate because we limit you to 12 months max at a time. But if you contact us, we can set your next renewal rate to be this special rate.

Just use this link and tell us you want your next renewal to be at this special rate (select Other as the product offering):

https://mrhmag.com/mrh-support-request

Do note: If you contact us during a sale, we lock in the offer for you even if it takes us until after the offer expires to process it.

Submitted Friday,

no response yet other than auto-ack.  Suspect they's buried!

Probably buried, but I suspect they're happy about it

Having lots of requests to pay for renewed subscriptions to deal with is probably a happy type of task to have to plow through.

Put in my request to extend my subscriptions too.  Best bang for the hobby buck that's out there, as far as I'm concerned.  Forum is a bonus that keeps everything alive between issues and videos, and can be more easily mined for info than the competition's can.  Again, in my opinion, at least; seems far more difficult to search over there than here.

Yep, we're buried

Yep, we're buried -- and we're servicing the new subscribers first since we need to add on the MRH RE part manually. There is no automatic connection -- we just create an MRH RE sub that renews at the same time as the TMTV sub and we note the MRH RE sub ID in the TMTV account notes so we can quickly find the MRH RE sub if needed. Since those of you who already are subscribers probably have a few days, weeks, or months before your auto-renew, we'll be doing those next later this week.
