How accurate were you looking to be?

has a very large picture of one of those turnouts. In my browser it kind of messed up and put other bits of the page on top of it. But I was able to right click on the image and 'view image in new tab'. That got me the just the picture of the turnout. 

Then I zoomed out until the track gauge was 2", and measured 5/16" for the throwbar travel (nearest sides of point and stock rail). So rescale that to HO. Very roughly, I get an eighth of an inch or so.
