I just wanted to express my thanks to the MRH community and specifically Bagley.

I was looking for an out of production decal and found it with others on Kijiji but the seller would not ship them.  Bagley was kindly able to arrange for someone to pick it up locally and ship it to me and now I have a decal that has been impossible to find.

This forum has been great for helping others and an excellent resource for model railroading,

Thanks to everyone here for participating and thanks to Joe for getting this started in the first place!  This is now my go to site for answers.
