Water Jet?

Up here in the often frozen north, we call them storm drains or culverts!

While I too mistook what was a water jet, the reference is not to the pipe/culvert structure itself, but the forceful jet of water shooting out the pipe, like after a recent heavy storm. Yes he makes the culverts or storm drain outlets as well in his video.
