How old

In 1940 the prototype was 15-20 years old. Billboard paint schemas were outlawed approx 1930, so that car probably was still running around, but with a new paint job.

billboard schemes

The Interstate Commerce Commission decision to ban leasing practices, which meant the end of billboard schemes, came into force in 1937. Prohibition was in force till 1933. So it looks like a beer billboard would only be around from 1933 til 1937/8
