I have had the PRR passenger cars a combine car and an observation car for a while now that are the old N scale Atlas by Rivarossi. Yesterday at a train show I actually found an FC2 loco of the same brand. I know it is nowhere close to being new but this one is in very good condition and even has the case with it still. I was told by several guys that they are best to be just left on the shelf for display because of poor running quality.

The guy I bought it from run it for me on his test track and it ran a little iffy. I brought it home cleaned it up real good and tried it on my test track and now it runs pretty good I think. The only real problem I noticed is that it doesnt seem to have hardly any traction. Does anyone have any suggestions?? And also has anyone else here had or have any of these and what kind of luck did you have with them??

It probably wont be run real hard or long at any one time so endurance should not be an issue.
