Planning to fill a vacant area with a cemetery. Have an old Kibri fencing kit that will look great but wondering if anyone knows a source for tombstones.

Find a buddy with a 3D Resin

Find a buddy with a 3D Resin Printer.  Depending on age most grave yards now have foot plaques and not head stones.  Been like that for some 40 or 50 years now if not longer.  Well in Arizona and some of the west coast.

Makes upkeep more cost effective when doing lawn care.

Time saved with he weed whacker around every head stone.

Not really

The mower runs over them but some plant matter still remains afterwards, obscuring the plaques and spoiling the illusion of efficiency.

Noch has some tombstones, as have Kerroby Models, last time I checked.

Mouse Models Cemetery

Mouse Models makes an HO cemetery kit with 40 gravestones, two mausoleums, fencing and a gate.  For your layout check out their smaller kit with 20 gravestones, one mausoleum but no fence.  I have the kit around here someplace and it is very nicely molded and well detailed kit.

Flat Grass Marker, Yes Really more efficient

That means you do not need to drive around every single headstone with the mower.  You answered you own statement.  If they do weed eat,  it is a swipe across something laying flat and level with the ground vers walking around a bunch of head stones.

Not if it's just been

done while I was there and I still have to shift the foliage aside to read the plaque.

Mouse Models Cemetery

Lou, has already mentioned this manufacturer, they do make a really nice cemetery set including the fencing.

Here's how I used my set with my Vollmer church.

Woodland Scenic

I used the Woodland Scenics headstones from the kit they sold years ago. They are nicely detailed alloy castings.

Preiser makes some nice figures in HO for the clergy and mourners.

Thank you, Ed

Thanks! Deemiorgos for your nice comments.

This was a temporary scene that I created on a piece of cardboard to photograph my completed Vollmer cathedral.

Here's a better look at those Mouse Models cemetery pieces.
