would pot ash be stored in some kind of grain or cement silo? found good info on rolling stock but nothing on storage.

AzBaja holy pot ash....huge storage facilities, I guess my small 2 sand Silos from Walthers Glacier industrial sand kit just wont cut it as a post ash facility...thank you for the great links!

Look up Morehead City, North Carolina for good example of Potash storage building. Across from Radio Island I believe. About 30 miles from me. Transfer yard in New Bern, NC

They're used for road salt here in Ohio, too...   with the obvious nickname of "Brick T***" when they're built in pairs.
