Train layout plans to fit 17' x 11' space?

Hi Model Railroad hobbyist.

I started this hobby 40 years ago left it due to moving around too much but now have a final home and huge space to fill!

I am looking for a track plan that can fit in a 17' x 11' space? Any thoughts? And would like to see over-under or multi-deck layouts?

Really informative for folks modeling mining/RR operations.

Gives me all kinds of ideas for small mines (lead, Molybdenum, etc.) that operate in the mid to late 20th century.  Its hard to fit larger mine operations on moderate sized model railroads.  

Copper and Zinc mines as well as the Raton, NM, area coal mines are similar smaller mine operations (See a recent  Santa Fe Railroad Historical Modeling Society publication.
