My Father and I are working on building Mower Lumber Company Houses (Cass WV).

I have created a full set of drawings.  I have the windows (as close as any supplier makes) and the doors.  I even have a chimney.  But two things are giving me fits....  The houses have raised porches (well those facing downhill) and the have lattice under the porch.
The height of this about 5 feet...  We are building 15 houses 5 per row so we have two rows facing downhill.  That is 10 house with lattice 5’ high and about 6’ + 18’ + 6’ (two sides and the front of the porch)  that is 30’ x 5’ times 10.  Or to put it another it is about 1” high by 40” long.....  That is a LOT of lattice to build from scratch and I hat to think how long it would take to build.

Note this is sq lattice not diamond shaped.

So anyone have any ideas.

I don’t have a 3D printer nor a laser.  And my cutter is not able to cut a sq small enough for HO scale.  (0.02299 or so).
I am willing to buy lattice if anyone sells it but I have not seen it for sale in large enough chunks.  (Largest size is about 5 or 6 feet tall and about. 9 foot wide (HO scale dims).

On to issue 2.

The Cass houses have a gable vent that is about 2’ tall and about 16 to 18 inches wide.  This is also noticeably larger then anything I can find.  Any solution?
Right now I am leaning towards trying to find som N scales clapboard siding and build my own...   But building 30 of these things?  Sheesh

And don’t get me started on the porch railings.....

Thanks for the reply..  I

Thanks for the reply..  I just ran across Tichy’s lattice myself oddly enough. I knew of it but I didn’t realize it was large enough to work until just now.  The Cass company houses have two sections on the front so Tichy’s should work...

The question is , is the Tichy lattice see through?

Lattice

It is see thru.

Here is a picture of their lattice trim on on a HO house, under the green house porch, its small, I know, but you can see it is thru.
