Stopped getting emails MRH product support

I seemed to have stopped getting emails from MRH about July.  Did something happen then?  Do I need to update something?

Are you referring to the Youtube announcements? Noticed same thing on many channels I subscribe too. Google felt it was a waste of time apparently.

Not getting emails either

I have stopped getting emails from MRH in August. I have checked my spam filters and nothing. I've noticed that if I go in my profile under Notifications, the box for "Subscribe to Model Railroad Hobbyist Magazine notifications" is not selected. When I try to select the checkbox and save the settings, it does not retain my selection and the checkbox is empty again. I've tried two different browsers with the same result.   

MRH: Check your email for why this has been happening and how to fix it.

Same Here

Did what JJ OCR did, check box, save, box blanks out again. No notifications for months. This was with Firefox.

 

MRH: Check your email for why this has been happening and how to fix it. Also, the notification check box no longer works, so we're removing it. Checking or unchecking it has no effect.

Not Receiving E-mails

Same problem here. Moreover, My Account shows only my history, nothing else.

I have been trying for a week to get the link for the October Running Extra. So far no response to my request fro MRH received.

MRH: Please check your email.

I'm sure Joe will respond, but in the meantime if you have the link from any previous month it will get you to your  download page for Running Extra.

Non-receipt of Running Extra Link

I can't find one. I suspect it was automatically deleted after about 30 days.

I have just changed my e-mail setting to a different account. Joe- please try again.

Not receiving e-mails from MRH

I also stopped receiving e-mails from MRH last year.  I sent notice via the website but never received a response.  What do I need to do to start receiving again?
