Won’t download TMTV support

I purchased the “how to install a decoder” video.  I am getting a “timed out” error related to audio.

I am on an ipad.  The first (read first) download goes to Good reader fine.  When I copy the next url and paste it inot goodreader it times out.  My download speed is 37.4.

Tried 4 times.

What to do?

MRH Store or TMTV?

You can buy download videos from two different sources - the MRH Store and TMTV. Where did you purchase this video?

Yes -- i got the email with the download links

As I said I use goodreader, copy the URL from the email, and enter. I can't find any download

Video in a PDF viewer?

Jim, it sounds like you’re trying to get a PDF viewer (goodreader) to display a video.  That’s not going to work.  Have you tried pasting the URL into safari to open it?

If I recall

The video will go to that folder on your task bar ( between Safari and itunes on my version ) and you should be able to access the vid there.

2nd question

Is the Gary Christensen available so I can put it on my ipad?  When I download I don't think it is on my ipad.  Going camping where there is no internet.
