Since March, we have been on shutdown here in Thunder Bay Ontario.

I have been reading MRH and the forum posts on the computer.

Today I noticed that the new issue is out and I thought it might be good to go outside in the sunshine and relax and read it.

So, I picked up my Samsung tablet and sat on my proch. I clicked on the MRH App and what did I see? The brand new April issue of MRH.

I was surprised that the App has not been updated in two months.

App is being retired

The MRH App is being retired. It will cease to function entirely later this month. April issue was the last update. Bottom line, the App vendor and their programmers are hard to work with and expensive. Thanks to the pandemic, we’re belt tightening, cutting costs, and laying off staff. The App needs serious updates we cannot afford right now so it’s got to go. It’s a huge resource drain that’s generating zero revenue. We love the bookshelf format for back issue browsing, so we will be updating the back issue area of our website to use this format, but again, we’re short on staff right now so that will not be happening right away.

Thanks Joe.

You can delete this thread if you wish.

On an overall note, you are doing an excellent job on the entire MRH Empire.
