I'm cleaning up and cleaning out the junk. These were in one of my infamous bargain boxes and I am wondering what I can do with them? These are the graduated piers from an Atlas set. Although intended to have track inserted in the tabs on the top, I know there are virtually unlimited kitbashing opportunities. 

Since these are probably in the hands of almost every modeler out there, what have you done with yours?

I have thought about stone piers for a bridge over undulating terrain. I have thought about them being used as foundations for structures. They could hold bridges for rails to trails projects. They could be used to carry pipes over a road or railway.
