This is the final reveal for the Broadway Street Bridge project at Union Station and Part 4 of the New Projects videos that began 2 months ago.  In this video, the installation of lighting (N-scale Just-Plug Arched Cast Iron #JP5639) & the routing of wiring under the bridge deck (using Evergreen Styrene #223 3/32” tube) are discussed as well as the testing of the lights after the bridge is installed onto the layout.

All of the bridge parts were 3D printed with PLA using both a daVinci mini for small parts & a daVinci 1.0 Pro for the large parts.  Also, the bridge is totally removable from the layout so that I can clean track, add scenery, etc.

The only remaining task is to install the solid white line down the middle of the bridge. The packages of the white lines were received just after this video was put together. The white center lines are manufactured by Highways and Byways and are appropriate for road markings during the majority of the transition era that I model.

Note - I still have to install lighting on the Main Street bridge that is to the left of Union Station so I will wait to add the lines on both bridges after the lights are done (sometime in the future). This will be fairly easy to accomplish since both bridges are removable from the layout.
