To the staff who creates the "Weekly registered reader" emails... thank you

Today's photo got my attention with the hilarious tagline "no it's not a model". That coupler looks so much like a kaddie...

I get the subscribers emails and I like reading them. There's a lot of forum posts I don't get time to see and that's a nice digest always centered on one topic or another, which makes me discover forum posts I would not have seen otherwise. Thank you for a job well done.

Good grief!

That's my photo above! I'd never heard of these emails until earlier today! I wish someone could forward that to me, but it's been so long I doubt it?

But look at the photo itself. "No, it's not a model"?? The heck it isn't a model, I took that shot! My layout room has a window and a short portion of a yard goes right past it. When the light it just right, I can get shots like this.

Well, it looks like your photo is amazing to the point of fooling some people.....including me!

I get these email blasts every week but they show up in my "promotions" area not in the main inbox. Safari/gmail.

Maybe that's where they are going for you or possibly your email sees them as spam.
