As the MRH site grows, we're starting to see more abuse of this site, especially around free advertising and some confusion over what's allowed and what's not.

To help make this less confusing, we've done some things to this site.

1. Published clear guidelines for posting on this site.

2. Created a new Promotion forum section - which has a forum for MRH advertisers and a forum for Hobby event posts.

As long as someone is an MRH advertiser, we encourage forum posts about their products - but to keep things clear, we ask that posts of a commercial nature go in this section and that they follow the guidelines.

As for hobby event notices, they go in the Hobby events forum. If the event is for a non-profit purpose, then the event can be freely posted. But if the event is for a commercial entity, then the organization must purchase advertising from MRH and post in the Advertiser forum.

We hope this helps clear up any confusion and makes the site useful for everyone.
