I discovered that if I click on a page in the MRH magazine, I get zoomed in so that I can see more detail on the pictures.  However, then I can only see the center of the page.  I tried the two-finger scroll technique, to see the enlarged upper and lower parts of the pages, but all that happened was the center got even larger (or smaller if I dragged 2 fingers upwards).  There are no scroll bars on the magazine pages.

How can I scroll around enlarged pages?

If it matters, I am using Firefox on a Mac.

MRH Mag: Zoom in and out on a Macintosh

I'm using a MacBook Pro and so am using a trackpad. After clicking on the image to enlarge it I can move around the image by clicking the trackpad with one finger and holding it down while I use a second finger to scroll where I want to go.

I can zoom in and out by sliding two fingers on the trackpad.

Thanks for the response.

I tried your suggestions.  Clicking and holding with one finger and scrolling with a 2nd finger sometimes worked and sometimes did not.  Going vertically, I could usually get part way to the top or bottom edge, then I could not get any farther.  I tried releasing the 1st finger and starting the process again.  Sometimes this worked, sometimes it didn't.  Sometimes in the middle of this process, this tab would suddenly close down leaving me in another tab that I had open.

Scrolling horizontally never worked.

Zooming in and out with 2 fingers worked, but that did not help my scrolling problem.

When I tried it using Firefox I found it somewhat unresponsive and it occasionally froze. I had no problem when using Safari so perhaps Firefox has a problem with handling it.

Thanks Again

I tried Safari.  Scrolling a magnified MRH page vertically worked better than with Firefox.  However, I still could not scroll horizontally.

But, I found that I if I download the PDF version of the issue, I can view it in Preview, where I can easily zoom in and out, and where I have both vertical and horizontal scroll bars.
