For this model I used a Kato USA, Inc F40PH to start. Removed and filled in many of the forward roof details and moved the horn further back to the proper position. Stripped all the Amtrak markings and repainted the shell in CN yellow from True Line Trains. The decals are from High Ball Graphics. Fans and grills were high-lighteded with an oily black wash and Micro-Trains Line Company couplers were installed as well as a DCC Sound Decoder from Model Rectifier Corporation.
