Working rotary beacon on Genesis F units Locos and rolling stock

I am looking to put operating rotary beacons on my Athearn Genesis F units. These are sound equipped with the older MRC decoders. Any one have any suggestions if this will be programmable with the mars light feature?

Not trying to be funny

But did "F" units even have mars lights on them. I would really be interested as I have some where around12 to 15 "F" series Diesel Engines just setting in boxes. I also would like to know about the rotary beacons and Strobes. Any imformation would be welcome Thanks!!!
