A problem just showed up that I need help with. A group is coming in a few days to video and photograph my layout in Portland, Or. for an on line site and I need to get a train running and I would be very grateful for any help.With the holiday I can't contact Digitrax

When I turn the knob from stop on a UT4D with a certain address the light turns from green to red even if that loco is not on the track. It happens with other throttles set to the address also. I had been working on the track before this happened and had several shorts that lit up the 1156 bulb on that block-that's the only thing that I know that could have caused this.

clear the stack

Look up OP Switch 39 in your manual and follow the instructions. Hopefully that fixes it. Scott Chatfield

I just did that and everything works. I had reset it using 39 quite a while ago for a similar issue and should have remembered that procedure. Thank you for the quick response and it reminds me of why i love this site and Joe's magazine so much. By the way, the video is for Trackside Model Railroading which appears to be a great site. I just found out about it a couple days ago when Ross Waters, the fellow that runs it, contacted me. If my layout shows up on it and you see a Super Chief train you should know that you helped me get that running. Thanks again.
