I´ve been spending some time during the hottest summer in 260 years to model winter..  What else?!

Especially this segment of the modified layout turned out pretty good. I was anyway quite happy with the result.

Bare footed in the snow..

Hi Scott! Thank you! No, I was actually bare footed taking this photo. The hot summer even warmed my garage up, which never happend before. It´s usually about 18 degrees Celsius all year round, but this summer was surely different. Some days Sweden had same temperatures as Las Vegas! Just insane... Stockholm being on the same latitude as Anchorage in Alaska..

Brrrr!

I love the snow effects, it actually looks like it's caked in (and partially melted and re-frozen) between the ties as well. I have no idea how you did that but it looks very good.

It gets really warm in Anchorage, too. I've been to Alaska more than once and it was not cold every day.

My wife and I went to Europe for most of the month of May this year and we baked in London and Paris as it was so incredibly hot in each city. I wasn't ready for that, as I'd never been to Europe in that time of year before.

Nice

Martin,

Great looking scene. We could sure use some of that cold & snow in central Texas right now.
