Hi Joe.

As I navigate the various posts here, I often have to scroll to the bottom of the page to get to the quick links to other  pages. Is it possible to have that page element at the top of each page as well as the bottom? I know I can manually change the page in the URL, but that's cumbersome. No biggie, but it would be a convenient feature to have.

Regards

No

Nope, the list of pages cannot go on top -- it's a design decision.

To enable the first list page to display a LOT faster, the designers have deferred scanning the database and tallying up the total number of pages until the END of the first list page has been built.

The result is the first list page displays really fast -- the downside is the list of pages has to GO AT THE BOTTOM.

It's a design decision and to add the list of pages at the TOP means a total rewrite of how the recent posts list gets built and displayed.

Oh well ... get used to it -- and use the NEW link to jump quickly to what's new in a thread of interest.

Thanks Joe

I never knew what the "NEW" meant when listed.

Huh- Never Dawned On Me To Click "New"

Cool- never hovered my mouse over the "X# new" line under the Replies Column. so I didn't know you could click on it.  Sure saves a lot of scrolling and guessing what page to head to when trying to find the New Posts to a long blog.

Thanks Joe

I thought it might be a design choice. As I said, no biggie. I do use the new links. Thanks.
