After 2 months of the front wall sitting around, I finally decided to start work on the engine house for the narrow gauge. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of the other walls being constructed.

I was pretty much making it up as I went. I decided to add these center posts for looks more then function.

For detail, I added Tichy nut and washer castings to the posts.

The front and roof braces were added next.

I put plain basswood sheets for the sub roof. Shingles will be added in the future

Nice looking engine house.  You'll have to put some LED lights in there to see it all.

That is a great looking

That is a great looking engine house!  I have the single bay one that I think was at Keeler.  Very nice clean build.  Look forward to seeing the final result!
