Migrating servers

Source Forge is in the middle of migrating everything to a new server provider and has been having trouble.  Most projects, including JMRI have been up and down over the past week.

JMRI and GitHub Access

Per several computer news outlets GitHub Survived the Biggest DDoS Attack Ever Recorded. It is a wonder that anyone was able to get through.

Impressive Response, Thanks @Logger01

Amazing response by GitHub. I find it appalling that there are so many folks who just LOVE to hurt others.
