The track, turnouts, and electrical have all been completed for the changes that were discussed in parts 1 & 2. An initial portion of the passenger station has been placed to ensure clearance for trains. The video above is in two parts, the first showing the overall changes & the second is a track level ride along into the station. 

This picture above shows the revised track alignment for the Elizabeth City (Tulsa) to accommodate the station and changes to the REA Express/Freight sidings, and the refinery/oil loading facility.

Work continues on the lower level of the station. More to come in the future…so stay tuned.
