To All: I scratch built/kit bashed this one of a kind 4-S diesel locomotive owned by the Gulf, Mobile & Ohio RR. This was the only locomotive built by Ingalls Shipbuilding Company. The Cab is a heavily modified F unit cab and the body is a heavily modified E unit body. It is not 100% exact but a good stand in. The paint scheme is the as delivered scheme, a copy of the Alton Road paint scheme. I re addressed the NCE decoder equipped Kato chassis and cut off the steps to fit the chassis under the body. I found this photos of an O scale model of it that someone built about a decade ago. The builder was apparently someone who'd ridden or maybe ran it in operation:
