To All: Today I start a series on re-paints and re-lettering of boxcars purchased at the 2017 Jacksonville, Florida train show. First off it is not necessary to remove the lettering as the re-paint and weathering will hide the former scheme. Today I feature the Toledo Terminal, a switching and terminal road located in Toledo, Ohio, which road is now part of CSX. This "What If' car was weathered with Bragdon Weathering Powders.
