To All: Another recent weathering project for the HO scale First Coast Model Railroad Society's layout. I weathered this 50 foot St. Mary's RR Boxcar with Bragdon Weathering Powders. Photo by Elvin Howland. Yours, Elvin Howland/E. St. Louis Rail Group Layout.

Weathering powders

Have you worked with any other mfg. Dr. Bens doesn't have any adhesive. but the one from Micro mart does. Pan Pastels don't. It would be nice if I could figure out which system to start with. Blayne

Weathering Powders

187: What I like about Bragdon Weathering Powders is that it is like an oil based paint, in that it does not easily rub off and can be sealed with dullcoat without the weathering disappearing Even if you do not seal it, the material stays attached. Yours, E.H.

Thank you E.H.

According to Bragdon  that is the result of the micro adhesives he has added to his pigments. It certainly makes sense. Blayne
