The small Unitram loop is in the top-middle section of the layout, and is independent of any of the regular Unitrack. I was thinking of laying out the Unitram layout on another layer in RailModeller Pro, but didn't get around to doing it. Here's a photo of the Unitram layout (spray-painted chalkboard black) from a while back:

The main Unitrack loop traverses the Unitram layout using Kato double-track viaduct Unitrack on concrete piers as shown in this early mock-up:
