Hi everyones!

I still do not understand what is going on,
My problem is this
No sound!
But the locomotive works in both directions and the full throtle also works.
I re-program the sound, but the sound does not work yet.
What I can see when I read the map, everything works
When I test it in the programmer, everything works except the sound
So I change the speaker, still nothing.
The loco is an overland models, sometimes I can hear short circuits being done under the wheels, but it had never stopped working so far.
Everything worked the sound too.

Please have solutions offered to me or I need to change the sound carddsc_0769.jpg

sorry for my simple feedback,

sorry for my simple feedback, but .... have you try to start the sound using F8 on your throttle? usually Locksound decoders at power-up don't have sound operating, you need to start it manually.

what brand of DCC system you use?

F1

A lot of Locsound use F1 to turn sound off and on. On my Heisler, it was always off on startup. Press F1 and see what happens.

Loksound Yahoo group

For anyone digging into Loksound who would like to learn more, and would like help overcoming these types of challenges, I'd highly recommend the Loksound list on Yahoo Groups.  Great  group of very knowledgeable people there, including Matt Herman of ESU himself.

Amplificator ?

Apparently it would be amplifier. Caused by a short circuit of the speaker?

Download

If you download your own sound files there are three or more different types to choose from.  All have the same or similar sound files for the same group of locomotives but are for different ESU decoders (software issue.). If you bought a 73000 series after you go to downloads page the group in the lower right hand corner is the choice.  I think it said general retail decoders or something like that.  Your retailer should be able to help too.

Good luck.

Thank you for help ,

Everything worked before the short circuit of the speakers. I made again the programming of the song with the same file that I had before everything stopped working. I still have a new download (new file) same thing. Only the Full throttle functions and the locomotive moves on and off without problems!
