Top video.

Peter.

The phone works well , really like the sound of the RS-3 .

Loksound is doing a great job with there full throttle sound decoders.

Snow done well

I especially light how the light glints off of the snow and ice.

Super video!

Love your switching scene! How did you mount the phone?

Minor niggly point: the loco headlight seemed a bit too bright for the scene. Not sure if DCC let's you control light intensity.

Anyway, I totally enjoyed this!

The phone is laying on its side leaning up against a Fast Tracks Point Form Tool directly on the layout.

When I have a chance I'll look thru the decoder manual to see if its possible to modify the intensity of the lights.

Thanks

Nice!

Nice video and great modelling!

The night effect worked out well, you can only see a limited distance just like you would for real.

Was it just my eyes?

As I watched the loco leave the first car, the doors on the building behind the loco seemed to swim a bit.   Right round the 1:35 mark.

Thank for posting, I enjoyed the sound and watching the switching.

It's not your eyes. There is quite a bit of that pixelization happening throughout the clip. This is obviously right on the edge in terms of the phone's low light capabilities. It was filmed in a darkened room with only the indirect light of a single incandescent bulb aimed to the left and down from the scene.

It looks good however when viewed back on my phone, but anything larger and it is an issue.
