I surely saw six years of a lot of hard work and I am in the dark as to why it all has to go. I must assume you are moving. I feared something would happen like that in my life, that is why I built my layout as a modular.

The plan is to spruce up the garage with insulation, drywall and re-build using what I've learned in the last six years.
