No luck...

I couldn't find a copy anywhere.  Seems like it might have been removed for some reason.

I have it

I've just uploaded a copy to the XtrakCad Yahoo users group files section.

https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/XTrkCad/files/Rail3dXtraktor/

You'll have to join the group to access it if you're not already a member.

Using Rail3dXtraktor

Hi Rick,

Do you know where the copied file is supposed to be pasted into the Rail3d program? I was able to convert my Xtrakcad file but have no idea what to do with it.

Thanks,

What I've figured out

Once you have copied the converted file to the clipboard, just hit PASTE in the R3D window (EDIT menu/PASTE).  You should see a lable, "Origin".  If you don't, go to the VIEW menu and hit the Go To command.  Open the drop down list and click on "Origin", then OK.  Open the map (VIEW menu/MAP) and you should see the layout is indeed there.

The default offset R3DXtraktor adds put the layout so far away it was outside the window, so I reduced the offset to 1 or 0 and did the process again and finally saw the track.  R3D could use a more user friendly navigation method.  I still have'nt figured out how to navigate without having a train to follow.
