This is a lot of downloads

This is a lot of video - well over 5 hours, so make sure your internet connection can handle this much large video file downloads with each file running from 400 MB to 1300 MB. If you're not sure, we recommend you order the DVD instead.

Yes ...

Yes, episode 7 will post on TMTV in a couple days and the final freight car episode posts next week on TMTV, so there's not much of a wait. TMTV customers have been enjoying this series since Jan. Meanwhile I'm getting the series ready to sell with ads in the March MRH so I'm getting it out of the way now. That way I can concentrate on the March MRH and not get distracted by trying to release a new product at the same time. The DVD won't ship until late March so perfect to the day simultaneous releases are very hard to coordinate. Within a few weeks of each other is pretty good, don't you think?

Pricing boo-boo in today's email

There was a pricing boo-boo in today's email saying the price was $14.99 not $19.99 (which is correct). So for today only, we're honoring the lower price even though it was a mistake. If you paid $19.99 for the download, we're giving you a $5 refund - but today only! Price goes up to the intended $19.99 (discounted from the list price of $24.99) tomorrow.

I downloaded the series and it's great!

I've been watching it on Trainmaster TV and wanted a copy for myself.  I also like to support TMTV & MRH financially when I can.

Great series!  I've watched a

Great series!  I've watched a couple of the segments, and I'm wondering if anyone could give me some insight.  Is applying dull coat the final step after weathering?  Of the segments I've watched, Mike does not indicate how to hold the weathering in place and prevent it from coming off after applied.

Thank you in advance for the help.

Dullcoat - the final step

Greg,

Glad you are enjoying the series!

Ok, if I wasn't clear, yes do apply a final coat of dullcoat. if you have used oils, let them cure for a few days before you Dullcoat. If it just PanPastels, OK to Dullcoat right away. Another quick tip. If using an airbrush to apply the Dullcoat, spray it full strength and hold the airbrush waaaay back so that the Dullcoat is just about dry when it hits the car. You do not want to see any sheen from the Dullcoat. If you see a sheen, you've applied it too heavily and too close.

Hope this helps.
