I could be wrong James, but I believe that's just a page that's out of date.  Their main "coming soon" page at  http://www.intermountain-railway.com/newshocomingsoon.html shows "February", and I can't imagine them opening up reservations for a model that's already in the home stretch for delivery.

Good luck on getting them

Good luck on getting them when scheduled.  Still waiting on N Scale SD40-2s that were originally supposed to be released Oct 2014.  New release date is January 2016, 3rd or 4th announced release date.  I'm expecting at least one more push back, maybe until March if not longer.
