Walthers WET/DRY Bin Construction Question

I have fond when the grain bin panels are assembled their circumference is greater then the top and bottom cones they are attached too.

Was anyone else had this problem, and how did you get around it?

Did you adjust widths of all panels to fit or just a couple.

Construction

Many times I have found Walther's kit parts are not a perfect fit.

What I would suggest is assembling the panels while securing them to one of the cones as a guide.  If you find the last panel won't fit, (width is too wide), "very carefully" measure, mark, and cut the panel to fit.

You will probably need to use modeling putty to fill in small imperfections where the cut panel meets the adjacent panel.

I'd file or sand the edges of all the panels to make sure they are going together seamlessly then if one needs to be adjusted do it on the back side where it's not visible from the aisle.....DaveB
