I just finished viewing volume #5 of Model-Trains-Videos By Joe Fugate and This 5 DVD series may be the best $100.00 I have spent on Model Railroading in the past 10 years. I have to say I highly reccomend thes 5 Videos to both experenced as well as Beginner Model Railroaders.

I bought the 5 DVD series just before Christmas and Last weekend I finally got to Disk and Volume 4 Scenery and Bridges part 1 last sunday March 14th. On tuesday the 16th I opened the final Disk #5 Scenery and Bridges part 2.

As I opened the 5th disk I found a 1 inch chunk of the plastic case had broken loose and the disk inside had been knocked loose from the keeper in the center of the case. the disk had been rattling in the case ever since I pulled it out of the mail box  but never really put 2 and 2 together POSTAL ABUSE as I pulled the disk out of the package I had noticed minor scratches on the disk but didn't think they would be a problem so I started watching the last DVD and after about 8 minutes the video jumped paused and then froze completely.

I then sent an E-mail to Model-Trains-Video and within 8 hours I received an answer saying they would send a replacement DVD and then just 2 days later I received the replacement.

I have now watched All 5 DVD's and Highly reccomend them to everbody as being one of the best sets Of Model Railroading imformation I have ever used.

Joe Please Thank your wife for the speedy replacement of DVD #5 and do you want this bad disk returned or should I just put it through the shreeder.

Also I am now going to start searching much harder for The furnish filter material as I want to build about 20 Dozen for my RR.
