Renowned Train Blogger Steve Boyko of http://www.traingeek.ca visited the BNML today.

It was a shorter session than originally planned, and one of the operators was not able to make it, but I had a great time getting to know Steve and I am looking forward to seeing him on my crew again in the future!

Sorry no video today, but here is a photo of Steve working CN 532 in Morris:

Steve is a wealth of information about Railroading and has been very helpful in finding resources to help me develop my documentation.

When Steve had questions about procedures on my layout today, I took the opportunity to see if my electronic documentation had the answers. I think it worked pretty well.

Steve is a well known blogger and rail photographer, you can check out his various sites here:

Thanks for coming Steve!
I hope to see you here again soon.

Turns out Steve has another blog too...

Mr. Boyko has another blog which I had not yet discovered: Confessions of a Model Train Geek

Steve posted a very nice summary of his visit here: Visiting the BNML

Nice!
