Is there a N Scale yardsale?
Mon, 2010-03-08 12:59 — ratled
I know of HO Yardsale and it's a great place, but I am in need to part with my N scale stuff. I tried N Scale and it's just not for me. I have some 10-12 year old Bachman stuff but I also have some nice Microtrains. I've listed a few things on E Bay but the prices of them and Paypal really don't make it worth while these days. Anyone know of a N scale equivalent of HO Yardsale?
Thanks
Steve

N scale not for you
So Steve, what scale are you planning to go into ?

HO
I'm in HO now. I tried N scale about 12-14 years ago (second time) as I didn't have room for a layout in HO. N scale wasn't doing it for me and lost interets in trains all together in late 1996. I remember thinking back then "if I ever get back into trains again, it's going to be HO... and that cover shot on the January 1997 MR sure looks interesting". I put that 97 MR on the top of the MR pile until about 2 years ago......
it was down hill from there
