age(51).jpeg age(52).jpeg age(53).jpeg age(54).jpeg age(55).jpeg And it starts....  Since an O scale Coon Gap Sawmill kit is almost nonexistent I bought an HO version to get templates and upscale for an O scale scratchbuilt.  Needless to say but this should keep me occupied all winter.  I will post pics as this progresses.  I started the loading addition first.

Wow!

So you've upscaled a xerox of the lasered boards, and plan to build it with scale lumber? You must get snowed in a lot. Please keep us posted.

I've been buying favorite Campbell kits and making photocopies of the plans with the same thing in mind. It looks like a new Dremel table saw blade is in order?

With any complicated project, I recommend you break it down to manageable sub-assemblies...this way you will see concrete progress as you move along....cool project!
