I have two ideas for my "Tower" control panels.  The first has just the tower name:

The second has both the tower name and milepost.  I pretty sure I prefer this one:

What do you all think?

Milepost

So real question is, should I put the milepost on the control panel?

If you like it, do it.  It won't hurt anything. 

Will you be using the milepost for anything? What will your operators do differently if the milepost is on the control panel?

Mile posts

You might want to put the mile posts on each end of the panel to show the section controlled by the tower.

I use mile posts on my dispatchers panel and around the layout on the fascia board, we reference them in train orders during operating sessions.
