3 must haves

I see three must haves on the list. Royal Hudson, Selkirk, Jubilee. I have no idea how I am going to afford them but I have to have em! Kudos to Rapido for taking on this awesome project.

Rapido announcement 2015 Oct 12th

Just got back from the Rapido presentation, great crowd, a special trip for most coming in from Toronto on a VIA train in two Dome cars specially reserved by Rapido for the occasion. They get the trip, the presentation, special t-shirts, lunch, visit of the Delson Quebec Railway Museum, a special movie presentation. Then back on the train  and Toronto.

Wow, what a great fan trip, you couldn't get much better. Kudos to Rapido for putting on a great show, not to mention the great products coming down the line!

MRH interview with Jason Shron, Rapido President coming soon!

looking good!

I hope they also offer them in a painted, unlettered version for us Yanks who like a nice looking steamer, but wouldn't see Canadian locos on our lines...

Not a steam guy

But a few of these will likely end up in my train room.  Wish I could have been there, but not many of these sorts of things get organized in the relatively sparsely populated prairies.

Curiosity killed a cat

I was quite curious and so had to surf to the Rapido site for a view of the icons and came across some absolutely beautiful railfanning pictures. Go see them to whet your appetite (bon apetit).
